AI For Business Northern Ireland collects applicant information to assess suitability for its independent associate network and to consider suitable applicants for future project opportunities. Applicant data is not a public directory and is not sold to third parties.
Applicant Data Notice
Information may include contact details, professional experience, rates, project evidence, uploaded documents and references. Access is restricted to Lisa Wallace and explicitly authorised administrators. References will not be contacted without first informing the applicant.
Terms of Application
Application or acceptance onto the associate network does not guarantee work, continuous work, minimum income or a specific number of projects. Scope, availability, day rates and contractual terms are agreed separately for each suitable project.
Retention and applicant rights
A final retention period must be confirmed before publication. Applicants may request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion by contacting AI For Business Northern Ireland. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or to resolve a dispute.
